PINK GOLD BATH 1 LITER OF TECHNOFLUX

The Technoflux rose gold bath deposits a uniform and shiny coating on the pieces to be treated.

This bathroom has been designed for decorative use, so in a rapid bath it generates a deposition thickness of up to 0.2 microns.

This solution does not contain nickel, lead or cadmium.The final color is pink gold.

Features:

· Thickness of 0.2 microns

· Voltage: between 4 and 5 V, depending on the size of the piece

· Working temperature: 60 ºC

· Exposure time: between 10 and 60 sec.

· Anode / cathode ratio 1: 1

· Type of anode: Stainless steel. V2

· Agitation: Moderate

· Bath autonomy: until the gold content of the bath is depleted (0.8 gr)

Mode of use:

· Pour the contents of the bottle into the glass provided for the bath.

· Firmly hold the piece to brown with copper wire, wash it with ultrasounds or with soap and water and rinse it with plenty of running water.

* Do not touch the piece with your hands.

· Connect the clamp of the machine to the workpiece wire and submerge it in the N.1 vessel (stainless steel anode cup and electrolytic degreasing using a voltage of 4 to 6 V) for 30 to 45 seconds.

· Rinse with running water.

· Rinse with distilled water in the glass N.2.

· Immerse in the gold bath in the glass N.4 for 1 to 3 minutes.

· Rinse with distilled water in glass N.5.

· Dry with a soft cloth.
