TECHNOFLUX - YELLOW GOLD BATH 3N WITHOUT CYANIDE 1 Li

The cyanide-free 3N yellow gold plating is part of the new innovative line of ecological products that Technoflux has developed for the goldsmiths, costume jewelery, eyewear, watches and related sectors. It deposits a uniform and shiny layer on the pieces to be treated.

This bath has been created for decorative use, so it is a fast bath that generates a homogeneous deposition thickness of up to 0.2 microns. The gloss results are equal to traditional cyanide baths, but superior to mattes, which are much more intense. This flash solution, as well as all the others in the eco-friendly range, are totally cyanide-free, making them practical and safe both in its use and in its disposal.

FEATURES:

Thickness up to 0.2 microns

Voltage: between 2 and 2.5 V, depending on the size of the part

· Working temperature: 40 and 50ºC

· Exposure time: 15 to 30 sec.

Anode / cathode ratio 1: 1

· Anode type: Stainless steel. V2

· Agitation: Moderate.

· Bath autonomy: until its gold content is exhausted (0.8 gr)

Instructions for use:

· Pour the contents of the bottle into the glass provided for bathing.

· Firmly hold the piece to be browned with copper wire, wash it with ultrasound and rinse it with plenty of running water.

* Do not touch the piece with your hands.

· Connect the machine clamp to the workpiece wire and immerse it in vessel No. 1 (vessel with the stainless steel anode and electrolytic degreasing using a voltage of 4 to 5 V) for 30 to 45 seconds.

· Rinse with running water.

Rinse with NEUT-SA LEGOR BAN0B0590 neutralizer (50g / 1 liter)

· Rinse with distilled water in glass No. 2.

· Immerse in 3N yellow gold bath in glass No. 4 for 15 to 30 sec.

· Rinse with distilled water in glass No. 5.

· Dry using the usual means.
