RECTIFIED MICRO NEEDLES 0.35 X 5/7 MM.

Ground micro needles designed for use in magnetic polishers. As they are rectified, they do not have a sharp edge, so they do not mark the pieces at any time, avoiding the usual sandblasted effect.

The special composition of their steel allows them to rotate at a higher speed inside the tank, transmitting this speed in the polished / shiny result to the pieces. Thanks to their size, they can reach most corners applying an unequaled shine.

All these qualities make these micro-tines an indispensable element for the polishing process of jewelry pieces.

Use mode:

We recommend its maintenance with the compounds PM (ref. PUL1V6660) and D5M (ref. PUL1V5270) when the micro-tines darken, losing their initial shine.

· For intense cleaning, add 20 grams of the PM compound per liter of water. Spin for 20 minutes.

· To polish the pieces, add 40 ml of D5M compound per liter of water. Spin for 20 minutes.
