VARNISH EXTRA HARD METALS OF TECHNOFLUX BT1 (200 ML)

Colorless transparent varnish for metals. Protects from oxidation in addition to improving resistance to abrasion, without altering the tone of the metal. Before varnishing, the pieces must be clean, totally free of dust and grease.

To obtain a greater hardness of the varnish layer it is possible to use an oven, stove or infrared lamp. Do not use dryers or other means that produce drafts, as the varnish could lose its transparency and be affected by suspended particles that could adhere to the surface of the treated piece.

· Kiln drying maximum temperature: 100-200 ° C

Application modes:

· with brush, spread a thin layer and let dry in a dust free and drafts

· by immersion, dilute with 50% Solvent BT1 TECHNOFLUX (Ref BAN0BU150.). Immerse the parts and letting them dry in a dust free and drafts, turning to not forming drop

· with gun, dilute the appropriate amount solvent BT1 of TECHNOFLUX (Ref BAN0BU150.) for adequate spray according to desired thickness.

In all three cases, if you want the varnish layer to be harder, it can be stuccoed by any system. The baking temperature ranges from 100 to 200 ºC. Let it dry in a place free from dust and drafts.
