Castaldo Gold Label rubber is especially suitable for making molds with a high level of detail. This allows the wax-injected part to retain the exact shape of the original vulcanized part. Its high flexibility allows extracting the most delicate models.

The rubber is protected on both sides, one of them with yellow cloth and the another blue plastic. Generally, the yellow cloth can be used to make annotations of the mold, that is why it is important to place it on the upper face of it. In the rest of the plates used, we will remove both protectors.

Keep in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct light and at an approximate temperature 21 ºC.

Features:

· Vulcanizing temperature: 150-160ºC

· Vulcanizing time: 7.5 minutes per 3.2mm layer.
