Almost any metal can be polished with the right tools and polishing compound.

Estmon Magnetic Polishers and Technoflux Rotary Drums are great tools for the jewelry workshop. They work by means of micro needles or steel balls and can be used for different applications, from the deburring of pieces coming out of machining centers to the final polishing of jewelery pieces.

If you want to polish a large number of parts and add more than one polishing process to your parts, Estmon turbo magnetic polishers are your best option. With them you can polish using micro needles, walnut shells or other elements made of porcelain or ceramic.

For smaller spaces we have a wide variety of polishers of different sizes and powers, all of them accompanied by their corresponding brush holders and grinding wheel holders. You can complement them with our extensive range of Hatho polishing brushes, where you will find brushes in different shapes made of felt, Chung King bristle, white goat hair, gray horsehair and cotton, brass and steel thread. Of course, these are available in both mounted and handheld versions.

During the polishing process, the application of a good fine polishing paste is essential, in order to eliminate annoying scratches and stains that usually appear on the pieces during their manufacturing process. We have a wide variety of Dialux polishing pastes, among others, specific for each stage of the polishing process.

In our Jewelry Benmayor Blog you can read more about polishing pastes and their applications.

If your goal is to make textures and finishes on metal surfaces, our range of sandblasters manufactured by prestigious brands such as Technoflux, Sirio and Bioart will help you with this task quickly and comfortably.
